The name Pîthë-lëko Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Pîthë-lëko Fêqê was founded by Mlèsi Glêbê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Pîthë-lëko Fêqê receives an average of 142 cm/y (55 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Pîthë-lëko Fêqê covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 2008 m (6587 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê was founded durring the early 14th century in winter of the year 1313, by Mlèsi Glêbê. The establishment of Pîthë-lëko Fêqê suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Pîthë-lëko Fêqê which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Pîthë-lëko Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê is is constructed arround a series of narrow baked earthen mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The brittle defences has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are reading. The entire town feels like a library, with those not reading remaining quite to not disturb those who have their nose in a book. The longer you remain in Pîthë-lëko Fêqê the more you start to wonder if you’ve entered some strange open-concept University rather than a town, but you can’t quite say such with certainty.
Civic Infrastructure
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Pîthë-lëko Fêqê.
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Pîthë-lëko Fêqê's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê has a first rate hospital which caters to anyone in need of long term medical care.
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes
Pîthë-lëko Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used embraces individualism and experimentation. It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.
